General Information MZmine is a platform-independent software for data processing needed in differential analysis of LC/MS data, with applications in metabolomics and proteomics. The software is expandable to other types of data such as GC/MS and CE/MS. Our aim and motivation have been to develop a modular and vendor independent software package that enables easy integration of new algorithms and applications into the data processing pipeline. The MZmine development team is currently working towards finishing the next generation of the software. |
